Graduated with honors from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Department of Molecular and Chemical Physics; holds a Master of Science degree in physical gas dynamics.
He has been working in the energy industry for more than 15 years.
During his 15-year work in the energy sector, Mikhail Andronov contributed significantly to the industry growth, specifically in respect of conceptual planning, development and practical implementation of electricity supply principles. Currently, he actively lobbies the interests of the energy community in the course of development of new regulatory documents for the industry.
He has a number of state and departmental awards: national award of the Italian Republic: “Order of the Star of Italy”, Commander degree; honorary title of “Honorary Power Engineer”; title of “Honorary Power Engineer of the CIS”; gratitude of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

Began his career in the construction sector as an entrepreneur.
In 2005 he received a proposal to head the refurbishment turnkey contract department of construction and mounting enterprise No. 15, a subsidiary of Russian Railways in Chita.
In 2007 he was transferred to Moscow to the post of head of the Analytical Department at RZDstroy. He was responsible for corporate management issues and coordinated liaison between the company's divisions and shareholders, investors and government bodies.

In structure of Group Sinara works since 2007 being the assistant to the general director – the director of the Moscow branch of Sinara – Transport Machines and the assistant to the general director – the director of the Moscow branch of Ural locomotives. Enters into Board of Directors of the Ural Diesel engine-motor Factory, Ljudinovsky Teplovozostroitelnyj Factory and All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transport.
Conducts active public work in Association of Manufacturers of Railway Technics, being the vice-president and the chairman of committee on innovations and technological development, and also in the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, being the vice-president of Committee on technical regulation, standardization and a correspondence estimation.
Enters into the Russian union of young scientists.
According to the order of Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation he nominee is included in the structure of the Federal reserve of administrative shots of the President of Russia.

Graduated Moscow State Law Academy, Dr. Ivanov received his Ph.D. in Law from the Institute of State and Law, Russian Academy of Sciences. He also received his master's in law from the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main.
Dr. Ivanov has been working at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since 1994, having spent 1996 and 1997 in the firm's Frankfurt office. He is currently a partner of the Moscow branch, where he heads the firm's Russian practice for infrastructure and transport. He specialises in corporate law and project financing. He is vastly experienced in consulting Russian and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, founding joint companies, the securities market and corporate management, including public servant responsibility. He has for a few years now been in charge of customer service for the state sector and provides consultations on various different corporate issues regarding contracts with foreign business partners, stock market transactions, attracting financing and infrastructure projects. As a leader of the firm's infrastructure practice in Russia, Dr. Ivanov has participated in structuring and implementing many significant projects, including ones based on public private partnership in transportation infrastructure, energy, utilities and other spheres. He is active in developing respective federal and regional regulatory framework, and is a member of the Expert Council on Public Private Partnership Legislation for the State Dume Committee on Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship. Among other things, Dr. Ivanov has worked on drafting the bill on “St. Petersburg Participating in Public Private Partnerships,” which currently serves as the legislative framework for a number of projects in St. Petersburg.

In 1997, he received his second higher education (in economics) from the Ural State Academy of Railway Transport, he went on to become a Candidate of Economics and Doctor of Technical Science.
Started his career as a power grid engineer and worked his worked his way up to head engineer of Sverdlovsk Railway. He then worked as deputy, then first deputy minister of communications, Sverdlovsk Railway manager, Director of the Department for Integrated Infrastructure Development at Russia's Ministry of Transport, Deputy Minister of Transport and Director of the Department of the Industry and Infrastructure of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Graduated from St Petersburg State Railways University (SPSRU), specialising in materials handling, track and construction machines, after which he continued working in the department and undertook postgraduate study.
In 1999 he defended his PhD dissertation on the subject of “Improving the durability of load-bearing structures in freight wagons with regulated unloading”.
From 2009 he managed the SPSRU department of materials handling, track and construction machines. Alongside his university work he worked in a number of industry-related engineering organisations: as head of department at the Vagony Scientific and Commissioning Centre (1998 – 2002), deputy CEO of the Railcar-Building Engineering Centre (2002 – 2004), and deputy CEO, and then CEO, of the Scientific Research Institute of Transport Engineering (2008 – 2011). Since 2011 he has been deputy chairman of the RZD Joint Scientific Council with responsibility for scientific development and cooperation issues.
He is the author of 55 scientific works, 8 patents and 3 monographs. A.M. Sokolov's field of scientific interests includes mathematical modelling of rolling stock dynamics and durability, the application of fuzzy set theory and other “soft computing” methods to transport processes, and mechatronics and automation.

Born in 1952.
Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Engineers in St. Petersburg in 1975 and received his PhD in Technical Sciences in 1979. Served as the Director from 1979 to 2004 of major international projects: the Berlin metro, modernising the Berlin-Hamburg line, building the Berlin-Hamburg high-speed rail line and reconstructing Berlin's urban rail transport. Worked as a consultant representing German railways for Polish railways in Warsaw, Lithuanian railways in Vilnius and Russian railways in Moscow from 2005 to 2008. Director of the Mobility Department in Russia and Central Asia since 2008.
Now he is the Global Account Manager, Mobility Department Siemens in Russia.

Senior architect and urban planner, double majoring in Arts and Architectural Design.
In 1997 he received a Villa Medicis scholarship from the Ministry of Culture. He carried out numerous projects worldwide in cooperation with the largest and renowned French companies: Christian de Portzamparc, Architecture Studio and Valode et Pistre.
He was teaching for two years at the Graduate School of Art and Design (ESAD) of Reims, France.
For four years, he was living in Shanghai working on construction projects.
He also has expertise in implementation of various transport projects, which he participated in while working with AREP Group for more than seven years.
Present day he is International Development Director of AREP Ville.
